Our brand and marketing agency is constantly innovating, testing and experimenting with new strategies that can deliver better results and return on brand investment for our clients.  We launched in 2008, today we service a international client base with all branding and marketing disciplines.

About the Role
As a Designer you’ll work collaboratively with our team and individually on projects from taking a brief from the Creative Director and also from the client directly. You’ll present initial concepts to clients and to our team, and lead the way in concept development right through to finished artwork for print and digital – this is a key part of your day.

About the Opportunity

As a Graphic Designer at COG Design you’ll know how to turn a idea and concept into reality using Adobe Creative Suite. You like working at a desk and love driving a Mac.

You’ll be passionate about your own work, and you’ll enjoy presenting it to people. You’ll know the fundamentals of designing material for print, and delivering content for digital.

Our Senior Team and business owner will lead the way for you, and you’ll be collaborating with Project Managers, Digital Producers, Web Developers and of course our clients.

Digital Producer

Digital Producer – Full Time

Our digital marketing agency is constantly innovating, testing and experimenting with new strategies that can deliver better results and return on brand investment for our clients.  We launched in 2008, today we service a international client base with all branding and marketing disciplines.

About the Role
As a Digital Producer at COG Digital you’ll know how to take digital content and take it live to the internet. You’ll know your way around a CMS, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and understand the back end of Facebook Business Manager and Email Marketing Accounts. You’re proud about what you do and love living in the Chrome browser.

You’ll be passionate about your own work, and you’ll enjoy presenting it to people. You’ll know the fundamentals of PPC, CPC, SEM, SEO, CPM, CTR and if PHP, CSS, HTML and .NET excite you, then best call us now.

Our Digital Managers will lead the way for you, and you’ll be collaborating with Project Managers, Web Developers and of course our clients.

Below are some of your tasks, but not limited to –
– Have strong written, verbal and visual communication skills, including excellent spelling and grammar.
– Impeccable attention to detail and highly organised.
– Existing knowledge social advertising. (Be proficient across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram advertising formats.)
– Google Products experience a bonus.
– CMS experience a bonus.
– Email Marketing experience a bonus.
– Adobe Creative Suite experience a bonus. (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign).

Skills and Experience
– Have experience in managing multiple social media communities for clients/brands within an agency environment.
– Tertiary Education will be highly regarded.
– Passion for everything digital with a good knowledge of Social Marketing techniques and trends.
– Demonstrated ability to work successfully autonomously and in a team environment.
– 1 to 3 years experience agency or client side.
– Confident to present your ideas and work to our clients who are from all sectors and industries.
